Franciscan Outreach Volunteers(FOV) is a year-long (renewable) program that provides opportunities for direct service to people who are homeless in Chicago. Since 1976 volunteers have helped provide hospitality, emergency and long-term services in the spirit of St. Francis. We are looking for the transformation of ourselves and our society.
Franciscan Outreach Volunteers is part of the Franciscan Outreach Association. Volunteers serve alongside staff and community members to help serve those who are marginalized.
For more information on Franciscan Outreach, including tours, guest interviews and statistics, see our slideshow here.
