Fall Retreat

November 30, 2010

This month we were able to take time away from our work to spend a day on retreat.  We headed to Lincoln Marsh and spent the morning doing team building activities and the afternoon on the high ropes course.

Morning exercises focused on communication styles, team building and critical thinking challenges.  Each exercise offered an opportunity to reflect as a community on how volunteers communicate with one another at work and at home.

The afternoon offered a fun and challenging opportunity to work in partners to overcome exercises two stories off the ground.
